In 2021, we inaugurated a new production facility dedicated exclusively to grinding—a strategic investment that reinforces our desire to grow, expand production capacity, and establish ourselves as a benchmark in the production of precision gears, while preserving our ethical and human values.
Our daily goal is to deliver high-level gears that meet even the most complex technical specifications with absolute precision. Thanks to a technologically advanced machine fleet, we ensure production flexibility, rapid delivery times, and strict control over every stage of manufacturing.

From raw materials to the finished product, every phase of our production cycle is carried out entirely in Italy. This allows us to offer truly Made in Italy solutions that reduce friction losses, minimize contact wear, and ensure longer component lifespan, delivering tangible benefits in terms of both efficiency and sustainability.
We have long adopted a green mindset, integrating low environmental impact solutions into every stage of production. Our electrical panel is already equipped for the installation of photovoltaic panels, with the goal of producing renewable energy by 2026. We use only recycled or regenerated packaging materials, and entrust metal scrap disposal to certified recovery services. We choose regenerable industrial oils and certified extraction systems to reduce emissions.

Gandini Ingranaggi extends over 3000 covered square meters, has a large fleet of latest-generation machines, a complete tool warehouse that allows it to offer its customers a production from single processing to complete supply, in small and medium quantities.
